some issues during stay

the bed was a great size.
the room was not very clean , and the headboard was peeling. it. there was not a shower mat , so i had to use a towel. the bathroom tiles were very slippery , which posed a safety concern.

i was impressed. the location could not be better! stepping out, i found myself right in the heart of everything. the staff was exceedingly helpful and addressed all my needs promptly. i appreciated the comfortable atmosphere.
the room was a bit smaller than i initially expected. however, it was still very functional.

i found the location amazing. restaurants, bars and trams were easily accessible. the staff was friendly and helpful. i was kinda surprised by a free room upgrade upon arrival. the room had coffee and tea facilities and a fridge, a nice touch.
The staircase was quite narrow. It was a bit difficult with luggage.
